I love this Mary! So many fandoms and so much fun. The sword and then the implement fighting stuff at 0.37 is probably my fav section and then the foot stomping starting at 1.26 is excellent too. It was great to see many of my fandoms included as well as some clips I didn't recognise. It just means I'll have to go back and watch it again and again to catch them all. :D

*beams* Thanks so much for such lovely feedback! I'm so glad you liked the implement fighting, that was one of my favorite bits to work on. (Luckily I had friends to tell me about the Highlander spoon/turkey fight, which I might not have found on my own.)

I took your vid DVD to VVC with me, by the way, and we watched a good deal of the vids in our hotel room and admired them muchly. I wish you could have been there, but this was the next best thing. :-)

Oh, so much fun! I came back to snag the bigger version because disk space be damned-- this is a complete joy. Every time I thought I couldn't be any more delighted with the clips, there was a beat-perfect moment from another old or new love. Thanks so much for the big happy grin and my DANCING FEET. Whee!

Oh!

This vid makes me so *so* very happy! I started laughing in the first second or two, and laughed out loud all the way through (with breaks for cheers at a couple spots: you included Spock! And a clip from The Sting!) and was clapping and dancing and laughing by the end!

I really loved the clips I recognized -- and really want to watch the shows of the clips I didn't recognize. Really, this is the most fun I've had alone in a long, long time!

Thank you so much!

*beams* That is just wonderful feedback to get, thanks so much!

There's some tiny fandoms in there, thanks to the help of friends like Dorinda who waxed enthusiastic about the Persuaders and I Spy. (I have been watching the Persuaders and would recommend them to anyone as a guaranteed mood-lifter.) If you want to know where any specific clip came from, just ask. :-)

Oh, I have SUCH GLEE! This vid is AWESOME! And I am mono-fannish, so usually I watch multi-fandom vids going, "Don't know it. Don't know it. Eeeee, DS! Don't know it. That's SGA. Don't know it." But this was full of sources I KNEW, and incredible energy and so beautifully put together! *still much with the glee; not so much with the coherence*

Thank you!

I love that so much! I'm having a really difficult time not absolutely howling with laughter.

I love all the HtLJ clips, and everything else, but the pink motorcycle helmet comparison and the table dance from Hair really stood out.

Now I have to watch it a bunch more times.

*beams* Howling with laughter is absolutely okay with me. (Though if you are at work, I suppose it would be unwise.) I love that you saw the pink helmet -- er. Let me rephrase -- the pink motorcycle helmet switch from DW to Angel, I wasn't sure if that would come across, but evidently it did, so yay!

I owe [info]aka_arduinna and [info]therienne the table dance clip, which was one of my favorites too, along with the dancing horses.

I'm so glad you liked the vid, and thanks for recommending it! That is very happymaking.

Argh, that is bad! Thanks for telling me about the problem.

The only thing I can think of is that you may not have the latest version of WMP or that your WMP does not have the divx/xvid codec, which I used to make the vid's online versions. (I tested the vid in an old WMP and a new one on a couple of computers, and it worked in those, so it's hard to pinpoint the exact problem.)

Best solution I can offer is to install a small program called VLCplayer, which plays just about anything and has all the video codecs already on board. This is the program generally recommended to play vids and other video, and it doesn't have any spyware or ads or anything like that. It is free and you can download it here.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have problems in VLC!

This was so much fun to watch, over and over again. It really did flow seemlessly too, which I know is sometimes a headache and a half. Though probably it's second nature to you now, with your experience.

So super! Be safe while you're traveling, okay? Swiss.

Thanks for the feedback and the good travel wishes! Both are much appreciated.

Making things flow in a vid isn't second nature to me yet (I wish) but I think I have gotten more of an eye for it, so I'm glad to hear that that worked for you.

Aww, I love your Hiro icon! Thanks for the feedback. I had a lot of fun finding clips, but it really helped that I had generous friends share some of their DVD collection with me for this vid. (And also that I have a fast internet connection for downloading, ahem.)
